Upon submission, the Registrar will compare the submitted lineage sheet with the Society’s records to determine suitability and acceptance.
Upon acceptance of the lineage sheet, the Registrar will follow up with the applicant to provide a list of records needed to complete the application and there will be an additional $100 application fee due at this time. This fee provides for three-hours of lineage work to assist with finalizing the application. If further work is required, the applicant will be contacted to discuss next steps. After research, if the lineage sheet cannot be accepted, the Registrar will contact the applicant and provide the reasoning for decision.
